Medical, Dental, and Vision
Benefit eligible employees are offered medical, dental and vision insurance on their first day of employment. PCG has a choice of two medical plans with Blue Cross Blue Shield that offer both in-network and out-of-network coverage. Staff may choose between three coverage levels. Wellness Program Incentive

PCG provides a domestic partner health benefit for partners of all genders. The relationship must be established for at least six months and requires valid documentation.
Quarterly Reimbursement
Employees that choose to participate in a non-PCG sponsored group medical plan may qualify for a quarterly reimbursement of up to $375 ($1,500 per calendar year) toward the cost of their medical premium (proof of coverage and payment required).

Retirement and Savings
401(k) Retirement Plan
PCG’s 401(k) Retirement Plan lets employees save money for retirement, while reducing taxable income through pre-tax contributions. Employees may affirmatively enroll, or an automatic 6% contribution of an employee’s gross annual salary will begin after six months of employment and commence on the next closest quarter. The PCG discretionary match program is based on a maximum of 6% of gross salary.
529 College Bound Fund

Clark University MBA Program
PCG fully supports this 2-3 year part-time MBA program. This is a lock-step program and upon a current program's completion and sufficient consulting staff interest, PCG may choose to begin another cohort. Approximately 25 students are accepted into each cohort and only one cohort is supported at a time. Application to the program is subject to Management approval and consulting staff are given priority. A two-year post-graduate employment commitment is required of all employees who participate in the Clark MBA program in order to eliminate any tuition repayment obligation.
Clark University is a teaching and research institution founded in 1887. Clark is the oldest graduate institution in the 美国. Clark is one of only three New England universities, with Harvard and Yale, to be a founding member of the prestigious Association of American Universities.
In partnership with Clark University, PCG offers an on-site MBA Program. In working with the faculty from the Graduate School of Management (GSOM) at Clark, we have designed a curriculum, which focuses on 'applied' skill building and course content related to health care, government and E-commerce. In order to remain competitive in the consulting industry, it is clear that our staff need a solid knowledge base in these areas. Through this partnership, PCG provides an excellent learning experience which recognizes the need to balance work and career development in a flexible, collegial and time-efficient manner.
